4. High Achievers are willing to Risk Failure

Image result for taking risksWhat I mean by high achievers are willing to risk failure is that they aren't afraid to lose. They know that in order to get better they have to take risks. Such as some celebrities take risks and fly out to Los Angeles hoping to have their dreams come true. They are taking a big risks because they are leaving the comfort of their homes and coming to a random place where they know no one. Some actors get rejected form the movies they wanna do but if they just give up then they won't be able to get a job. They just need to keep auditioning into they get their big break. Some business  people also have to take risks, such as directors. They sometimes take risks in adding some content that has been controversial; sometimes it works out and other times it doesn't.

3. High Achievers are willing to prepare
Image result for mount everestHigh Achievers are willing to take time and better themselves. They will practice until they are nearly at perfection. They also don't care if the process is really long. For instance, climbing Mount Everest is really hard. The climbers have to train a lot because they must be fit. They probably practice for months maybe even years, I wouldn't know. But that is how they are high achievers, they don't give up and are willing to prepare. Another example can be astronauts. They prepare so hard and everyone considers them high achievers. They are recognized by everyone for their hard work and dedication. They have to go through a lot of training and through school too. They have to know how to manage a rocket and they have to be able to live that lifestyle.

Health Care Careers

A speech therapist helps patients out with recovering/bettering people speech abilities. For example, If a patient had an accident and they hit their head and they lose the ability to speak. A speech therapist will help them regain their abilities A dietitian helps people with their diet. They try as much as possible to prevent patients from getting ill. They make them eat as healthy as possible. Diagnostic Radiographer diagnoses peoples bodies by take pictures of it. A Radiation therapist helps treat diseases.

2. Do What They Fear
Image result for do what they fear quoteDo what others fear to do, don't be afraid to stand alone. If everyone is bullying someone and you know it's wrong; don't be afraid to stand up for the kid. Even if it turns your friends against you, they aren't real friends. Even an adult do what others fear. Such as giving your opinions. Or for example in movies, the bad guys always intimidate the people with black mail. If the protagonist were to follow what others were doing then their wouldn't be a movie. They almost always are fighting for the right thing. Be the protagonist in that movie and stand up for yourself. Fears only get in the way and if it's the right thing to do high achievers do it. They also take risks, even if it's possible they may lose it all.  Many people fear the same things and that stops them from being high achievers.

  People should plan big, just like the saying "Go Big or go home." This doesn't only mean plan big and not try. That won't make it go as planned, if you want to plan big you have to try hard. Give it the best you've got. Maybe even more because it will help you maybe even more than what your plan was. You may also have small plans but they must aim towards your big one.For example, maybe your big plan is to be a lawyer, then try your best in school. Or maybe on the way to your big plan, you also want to take an art class. That's alright too, as long as it doesn't get in the way of your big plan. What if your big plan is to become famous, maybe a model. Than take modeling classes and even if you want to do something afterwards with your life, you can go to school while being in the modeling industry. As long as you accomplish your big plan and you know you are satisfied you should stop trying so hard.

Everyone should commit to the nine ways, it'll make them happy. Don't forget to be grateful for everything you have. Be smart and make right decisions. Always be involved to make things better, such as with your community. Be clean and stay away from drugs. Be true to yourself; and stay positive it gives you hope. Be humble, don't get a big head.Be still and if you want prayerful. I myself will follow these ways. It will help improve my life and make me happy. I believe I myself need to work on being positive, I always seem to think negative. If I'm in a volleyball game and we are losing by 10 points I always seem to give up. That isn't the right thing to do because I stop trying. That makes it for sure that we will lose. I need to be positive and believe that we can catch up and win.

The guidance and strength that come from prayer help us improve virtually all aspects of our lives, including our ability to follow the counsel of the prophet. Many people like to pray at home in a quiet environment. Other people like to pray at a church. Gordon B. Hinkley is the person who helped us find our ways.

8.Be Still
Image result for meditationIf you feel like you are overworked take some time to be still. If you take some time to yourself it will relieve stress and give you time to focus. You will see what items you need to cut back on and which ones you need to focus. It will even give you time to have a self-reflection. Do meditation if you want to, it helps. Just make time out of your day to be quiet for a few minutes. Let your prayers answered when you are at peace. If you are having an awful day, just take a few minutes of rest and think about everything and evaluate it. You should think about what important and what can wait. Even if you just want a rest take a few minutes of silence. It will help you not get overwhelmed with everything you have to do.

7.Be Humble
To live a happy life you have to be humble. A humble person isn't selfish. They don't only think of themselves, they think of others too. If you are a greedy person nothing will ever be enough for you. For instance,  a humble person doesn't take advantage of people and scam them. They are honest and are okay with their fair share. If you have food you can be humble and shared with someone who doesn't. Being humble also means not drawing attention to yourself. It means acknowledging that you are not always right. If someone is late to work and they are in front of you in the line of the store, let them go first. You are in no rush and they are in more of a need.

6. Be Positive
Always be a positive person. Negative people almost always have something bad happen to them because they're always thinking the worst. They always think the worst of people and sometimes that can put a strain on the relationships they have with people. Such as your friend lying to you, they tell you they'll never do it again they may be sincere but if you're negative then you won't want to forgive them and you'll have lost that friendship. Being positive means you won't give up because you're always thinking that you can do it. Negative people always seem to think that they can never finish what they have started or it's pointless. You must have a positive way of thinking sometimes it may help you get through a life crisis. Big or small thinking positive can help. You always have something to look forward to. Such as in school I stay positive because I know once I am done with everything I will get to go home shower and go to sleep. Other students may stay positive because they know doing good in school will get them into college, even though the work is a lot.
