Rule 6: Make the other person feel important--and do it sincerely.
If you want to make other people feel important, do it because you sincerely believe they are important to you. Don't make them and then later on treat them as if they were never anything to you. It'll just make them have resentment against. Also what if in the future you actually genuinely want them to like you, they'll just do to you what you did to them. Making someone feel important is just doing the simplest things. Such as noticing the smallest things, such as noticing when they're mad. Give them compliments once in a while. The compliments don't have to be about their appearance, tell them that they are doing a great job at something they are doing. But don't tell them because you want them to like you, say it because you sincerely believe it. Ask them about how they are feeling, even if they don't want to talk about it tell them you'll always be there for them. They'll believe you and will believe they are important to you. This rule will absolutely make a person like you because they'll feel important. And everyone likes to feel important.
