8.Be Still
If you feel like you are overworked take some time to be still. If you take some time to yourself it will relieve stress and give you time to focus. You will see what items you need to cut back on and which ones you need to focus. It will even give you time to have a self-reflection. Do meditation if you want to, it helps. Just make time out of your day to be quiet for a few minutes. Let your prayers answered when you are at peace. If you are having an awful day, just take a few minutes of rest and think about everything and evaluate it. You should think about what important and what can wait. Even if you just want a rest take a few minutes of silence. It will help you not get overwhelmed with everything you have to do.
