4. Be Clean
Be clean with your stuff. Also be organized, it helps. It keeps you from losing your stuff and it helps get your paperwork/homework on time. You won't stress about stuff that you can't have,you'll be relaxed. And not only does having a clean house or room keep you from stressing it makes you happy because you don't have to worry about cleaning. Not only should your stuff be clean but so should you. Stay clean of drugs. Don't give into peer pressure. Don't dink alcohol because you've seen many
others do and it doesn't affect them. It can cause you to becomean addict and have a liver disease.If you stay clean you'll live a happier lifetime. And you'll have less of a risk of becoming sick.
